TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
Training for PDP is two nights per week in the Fall and Spring and one night per week during the Winter. The training focuses on technical skill development and small sided games in order to maximize the number of touches on the ball that these players will get during a training session.
The goal of this program is for players to learn during the training session, practice the skills learned at home and/or in their recreational leagues and gradually improve their technical skills and decision making both on and off the ball.
