2026/27 Coaching Staff
Experienced
Our coaching staff is made up of experienced professionals licensed through USSF and United Soccer Coaches. At NUSA, the Director of Coaching carefully selects passionate and qualified coaches who align with our mission, values, and vision. We maintain an ideal player-to-coach ratio – 12:1 in our Lower Academies and 18:1 in the Upper Academies – to ensure every player receives individual attention. Players are evaluated regularly to make sure they’re training in an environment where they are challenged, motivated, and set up for success.
Dedicated
Our Academy Lead Coaches engage consistently with families, offering updates on training goals and overall academy progress. We provide individualized player evaluations throughout the year to guide development and create clear, actionable feedback for players and parents. As players progress into the older academies, our coaching staff supports families through the college recruitment and admissions journey – and for our most advanced players, we assist in navigating opportunities with professional clubs and pathways beyond youth soccer.
