Frequently asked questions

Why is there a range for Team Fees?

By necessity, Team Fees must vary to meet different age group and team-related goals for player and team development. Team Fees will also vary by age group depending on team-specific factors like State League registration fees, cost of referees, and the number of games and tournaments scheduled.

When will I know how much my Team Fees will be?

Pre-Academy, Lower Academy and Boys Upper Academy Team Fees will be finalized by the Club DOC and Age Group Directors in late July or early August.

Upper Academy Girls will be finalized in late January or early February.

What do Team Fees include?

Team Fees are used to cover team-specific expenditures that may include (but are not limited to) League Fees, Ref Fees, Tournament Registrations, Field Costs, and Coach’s Travel and Per Diem Expenses.

When and how can I pay my Team Fees?

Team Fees will be invoiced to each player via Playmetrics and can be paid in two installments. Firm due dates will be determined once final Team Fees have been set by the Club DOC for each Age Group; most likely being on or about July 31 and August 31 for Pre-Academy, Lower Academy and Upper Academy Boys, and on or about January 31 and February 28 for Upper Academy Girls.

Can I pay Team Fees with Financial Aid?

Financial Aid is available for Club Dues only (except in cases of extreme financial hardship) and cannot be applied to Team Fees. 

Why have Team Fees increased?

Team Fees may increase from season to season due to inflation and increased costs for things like league registrations, fields, referees and tournament entry fees.
